I arrived at the Jacksonville Subaru location and met Jerry, an 18 year veteran of Subaru (and I think an actual veteran too). He educated me on the cars options, differences between the 2015/2016 models and we test drove the vehicle. I appreciated Jerry's attention to detail and ability to demonstrate (with me driving) many of the wonderful Outback features. After some discussion and debate on the trade in - we came to a fair position and IM AM SO HAPPY WITH MY 2016 SUBARU OUTBACK!!! Jerry's knowledge and patience really made a difference in our buying experience and I would recommend him and the dealership highly. More

We saw an Outback we liked and communicated to the Internet Mgr of our intent to purchase in a couple of weeks a model they had in inventory. Jerry Johnson, the manager responded promptly and when we re-connected with him a couple of weeks later when we were ready, he made sure a car of our liking was available to look at and test drive. Everything went smooth throughout the process including excellent explanation of how to use the different features of the auto. Finance piece was easy as we already had that pre-set with our bank --so no issues and very accommodating. Highly recommend More
