We came into the dealership knowing exactly what car we wanted, and luckily it had just arrived, got cleaned up and prepared;, and we drove off happy customers. Our concierge, Malachi, was excellent as well. Answered all our questions. We're only giving Price a "good" rating because of course, doesn't everyone want to pay $5000 less than the sticker price? More

When we walked into the dealership, we were met with warm greetings and offers of snacks and drinks on the house (who can say no to that?). Our sales rep, Alex, was helpful and focused on our needs and found multiple vehicles in our price range. He was knowledgeable on all of the features and pros and cons of each one. He also never pressured us to look at anything we knew we couldn't afford. We found a Forester that we fell in love with. We were nervous about the actual financing/purchasing step going in but we didn't need to worry. Jerry went through all of the paperwork with us and made sure we understood what we were signing. We felt comfortable asking questions and enjoyed chatting with him. Lastly, Chandler helped us get set up with all of the tech aspects (we were way behind) and sent us off with our new SUV and smiles on our faces. More

Including the little things; like bags to clean out my trade in vehicle, hand delivered cold water after doing that in the heat, and a tank full of gas to drive home in. They were AWESOME! More
