went for the first oil change for my 2019 Santa Fe Had a little bit of a wait, but it was very busy that day. I did have an appt. but waited close to 2hr. But the service man who met me was very polite Had a little bit of a wait, but it was very busy that day. I did have an appt. but waited close to 2hr. But the service man who met me was very polite and friendly. I had a question about how to hook my iphone up so I could get directions on my screen. He showed me how to do that, turns out I was not using the correct usb port. He showed me some other features on the car that I'm sure they showed me when I bought the car in April but I didn't remember how to use everything. I was very satisfied with the appointment. I had gone over on the mileage and he discovered that the feature that alerts you that it's time for an oil change wasn't turned on so he set it for me. Now the car will alert me when I need an oil change. More

The best salesman I have ever bought a car from Jerry Lacy I went to dealership to just look at cars. I walked around for a quite a while before only one salesman approached me. That salesman was Jerry Lacy. I went to dealership to just look at cars. I walked around for a quite a while before only one salesman approached me. That salesman was Jerry Lacy. He was not aggressive with trying to sale me a car. Jerry was helpful and informative in describing the various features on the new Hyundai Santa Fe. The world best dealership! I love my dealer Family Hyundai. All of my maintenance has been done at Family Hyundai. The Service Department has been my partner for four years. The I love my dealer Family Hyundai. All of my maintenance has been done at Family Hyundai. The Service Department has been my partner for four years. They have worked with me as a co-laborer for all type of maintenance for my car. Some examples are my oil changes, brakes and all types of repairs. Each Service Representative greets you with a smile. My Service Representative on yesterday went the extra mile and provided outstanding service and outstanding recommendations. By way, his name is Michael Majchrowic. A man who cares about people and who loves to serve the customers of Family Hyundai. Many time we wait to promote people sometime when it is too late.
