What a wonderful experience for a car dealership I must say that my experience today at BMW of Westlake was the best experience with buying a car that I have ever had. I have been out of the car mark I must say that my experience today at BMW of Westlake was the best experience with buying a car that I have ever had. I have been out of the car market for over a decade and honestly resisted looking for a car because of all the shenanigans with car buying. However, Jerry M. made my experience great. He was very patient. He took his time to explain all the details and answered all the questions I had. Then to top it off, Nez F. explained every little detail with operating the car. His calm demeanor and pleasant attitude was very fitting for his position. Sorry, I forgot the name of the guy who handled the finance but he was very pleasant as well. Great Job BMW of Westlake with hiring the best staff for the job!! I will definitely return and refer to friends and family. More

A rainy Saturday Have been working with Jerry Mancini for a few months now to make a lease end exchange so to speak. I have been interested in the new BMW 5 series. H Have been working with Jerry Mancini for a few months now to make a lease end exchange so to speak. I have been interested in the new BMW 5 series. Had had a 2015 535 m-sport coming to end of lease and needed to make a decision on what to get next. I had had my heart set on the 550 M-sport but they seem to be in short supply this season. I had been looking at the web page for weeks and missed my opportunity. Nevertheless, working with Jerry, I found a beautiful 540 M-sport with every option and after driving her, felt like a perfect transition from my 2015 which was my first BMW to this beautiful 2018 540. I'm very excited today and even got a monsoon to greet me after taking ownership of her. I have never had a complaint with Westlake BMW. I have always appreciated their service. It is a bit far from my home but that doesn't matter. I'll drive to Westlake for the quality of the service and for their dealership. It is comfortable, the staff are excellent. Great experience I recently purchased a used BMW 525i. I originally went in to buy a used 3 series but my sales person (Jerry Mancini) did a great job to show me all I recently purchased a used BMW 525i. I originally went in to buy a used 3 series but my sales person (Jerry Mancini) did a great job to show me all of the inventory so that I could make an informed/good decision. He wasn’t pushy at all, in fact, he stressed multiple times that he never wants to tell someone how to spend their money and only wants to present them with options. I’ve owned it for a week now and do not have buyer’s remorse. I’m even happier now than when I made the decision. Overall a great car from a quality dealership. More
