Best Car Buying Experience I love buying a new car, but usually dread the car buying experience. However, this was, by far, the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Jerry Mancini was extremely responsive and did everything to accommodate my wife and I. We drove in from Detroit on a Saturday to buy a CPO M4 and everything was ready when we arrived. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the process. Without even seeing my car, Jerry offered me a very fair trade in over the phone. Mike, the Finance Manager was also great to deal with. Again, no high pressure. He just suggested things while going through the paperwork. The M4 is gorgeous! Better than even the photos showed. It is my dream car! The bonus was Dirk, the BMW Genius who showed me everything about the car. This was my first M car and he probably spent over 30 minutes with me going over everything. Awesome guy! It took us over 2 hours to get there, but BMW of Westlake was totally worth the drive. My wife and I both drive BMW's and we will definitely consider it for our future purchases. More

Great deal, great car I found a car on the internet across town. I contacted them to see if it was still available by email. I got a rapid response by telephone. The next d I found a car on the internet across town. I contacted them to see if it was still available by email. I got a rapid response by telephone. The next day I visited the dealership and test drove the vehicle. It was a great car. Just as advertised. I got a fair trade-in price for my former car, higher than what was offered by my local dealership. I believe I got a great deal and saved a lot of money over my local dealership. More

Great CPO Purchase Experiance Working with Jerry was a great experience. He was clear and easy to work with. Walking in as a 23 year old I came in expecting to be ignored. Yet, I was treated with courtesy and respect as would any client looking to purchase a BMW. My experience went without any hitches and Jerry was always there to respond to any of my questions or concerns the minute I had them. Overall great experience, I look forward to buying a BMW again from Jerry. More

Recent purchase of BMW X3 I started looking for a BMW X3 online beginning in Spring 2017. I first visited BMW of Westlake in July 2017. I met with Jerry Mancini and told him w I started looking for a BMW X3 online beginning in Spring 2017. I first visited BMW of Westlake in July 2017. I met with Jerry Mancini and told him what I was looking for. I was very particular in that I wanted a white X3 with a black leather interior. It needed to have heated seats and steering wheel, moon roof and back up camera. They did not have one on the lot at that time so my search continued. During this first visit I was very impressed that Jerry thought he knew my boyfriend, even though he had never been to BMW. Jerry knew him because my boyfriend's dad had bought two cars from BMW the previous year and Jerry remembered him, even though he was not the sales person. It made me feel as if the sales people at BMW of Westlake were not just trying to get a sale, they truly cared and remembered the people who came through those doors. The months continued and so did my search. I visited Jerry a couple more times to discuss possibility of leasing and to ask his advice about a car I had found in New York. Each time he was extremely helpful and full of information. Each time a white X3 with a black interior came into the store, Jerry would call me. He would call me even though he thought that car was out of my price range or too high on miles just to let me know and make the decision. I really appreciated that. Finally in November my car came onto the lot! I was the first person to be called about the car. It was exactly what I had been looking for (and turns out even better and had more things that I hadn't been looking for, but really enjoy.) I am thrilled to finally have the car I've waited so long for. Once I went through the buying process I met with Mike in Finance. He walked me through the buying process and never once pressured me to buy any "extra features" When I decided I wanted to have the tire package, he even gave me a discount because it was my first BMW! He could not have been more helpful explaining all the paperwork I was signing. Through this process I spoke through email, on the phone, or in person with many many sales people. Several nagged me about cars even though I was detailed about what I wanted. Others pressured me to put down a deposit. And others I felt just wanted the sale. I never once had this negative experience with Jerry, Mike, or BMW of Westlake. Jerry never nagged me or pressured me. He waited until what I wanted came in and then he would contact me. Even when I knew I wanted this car he did not pressure me to put down a deposit immediately. I could not be happier with my new car or my service at BMW of Westlake! More

They make buying a car a pleasurable process! I bought my 2nd BMW in 10 months. Both times, I received excellent service from Jerry Mancini.
