I greatly enjoyed purchasing my CPO BMW Jerry was helpful, no pressure and easy to deal with. As can happen with the best of people, they caught some work that had not been done to qualify the car as helpful, no pressure and easy to deal with. As can happen with the best of people, they caught some work that had not been done to qualify the car as CPO (new brake pads in our case). I wouldn't have known but they caught it and fixed it. They are serious about doing things right. The only reason I am giving them a 4/5 inserted of 5/5 on price is that the reality of the market today is low inventory and very little give on prices. That's not their fault, that's just the way it is. That said, they did give me some concessions that helped, even in this market. So I would call the pricing fair (as in honest). More
