What car buying is supposed to be like I arrived at Street VW completely deflated and on the verge of tears. A friend of mine had recommended them after I told her about the less than stell I arrived at Street VW completely deflated and on the verge of tears. A friend of mine had recommended them after I told her about the less than stellar (and that’s putting it politely) experience I just had at another local dealership. When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by the ladies at the front desk who directed me to the specific gentleman I had been referred to. Once in Jerry’s office he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I almost forgot about my horrible experience an hour prior. He showed an immense amount of patience as I had him trekking through the lot, unable to make my mind up on black or white, car or SUV, new or used (you get the picture.) Once I had my options narrowed down to 2-3 he broke down all the finite details of each so I would really be sure of my decision. He helped me with my financing options and explained everything in depth. I never felt pressured or swayed into anything one way or the other which was so refreshing in a “sales” environment. After having decided on “The One” they made the paperwork and dealing with all the so-called “fine print” a breeze. It was honestly such a pleasant experience all around that I can’t ever imagine purchasing a vehicle from anyone else. Places like Street VW are the prime example of why customers stay loyal and choose to come back time after time. More

Above & Beyond Service We live in Minnesota and since my daughter attends college in Texas she purchased her first car in Texas. She was so enthusiastic about saving her own We live in Minnesota and since my daughter attends college in Texas she purchased her first car in Texas. She was so enthusiastic about saving her own money and making her very first large purchase. Unfortunately, she was taken advantage of by another dealer and discovered 24 hours later the vehicle she purchased in cash, was basically worthless and they refused to make it right. She was absolutely devastated and it was difficult to help her to the extent we wanted to since we live out of state. Thankfully I made the right call to Street Volkswagen and they treated my daughter like their own. Jerry Ripley took control of a desperate situation, took his time and made sure my daughter had another viable option. My husband and I put our trust in them and they kept their promises. Professional, trustworthy, compassionate and fair are a few words to describe what a wonderful experience this has been with them. Jerry and Street Volkswagen took a negative situation and turned it into a positive one. My daughter is out a great deal of money from the first car purchase however, this has been a learning experience for us all. Looking at the positive in all of this, we found a dealership that cares about the customer, has good intentions and if anyone intends to purchase a vehicle we highly recommend them.
