I know their goal as a dealership is Jerry Ward Autoplex is a fine establishment and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy a car. I know their goal as a dealership is to make sales, but that wasn't their #1 goal the day I went in to purchase a car. They wanted to make sure my payments would be comfortable for me, and they did their very best to get me in the car that I've wanted for months now. My overall experience with Jerry Ward Autoplex was phenomenal beyond belief, but the guy that truly helped in the end, along with Jerry Ward, was Norman Lee. If you are looking to buy a car, then Norman is the man I would buy from. He went above and beyond any normal car salesman I've run into over this past year. More

They went above and beyond for us. Our truck was totaled at no fault of our own. We walked in to Jerry Ward Autoplex, explaining what had happened and we had to deal with the insurance. Our truck was totaled at no fault of our own. We walked in to Jerry Ward Autoplex, explaining what had happened and we had to deal with the insurance. We told them we wanted another truck along with other things. It took us several weeks dealing with the insurance and working with four great men (Jerry, Norman, Mike, and Tim). These men went above and beyond what others would have done. They listened to us and found exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them for all your needs. More

Great Experience! I had a great experience with my vehicle purchase on 9/9/17. My husband and I live in Union City and we were looking for the best deal for the best ve I had a great experience with my vehicle purchase on 9/9/17. My husband and I live in Union City and we were looking for the best deal for the best vehicle and were fully prepared to drive to get it. We talked to dealerships in Missouri, Illinois, Nashville, TN and Memphis, TN.... but we ended up coming back to Jerry Ward Autoplex to make our purchase. Our sales rep, Norman Lee, was great to work with, was fair and honest and truly made me feel like he had our best interest as his priority. Mr. Jerry Ward was a pleasure to deal with and helped us feel great about our decision to keep it local. Mr. Petty finalized the deal and the financing process was a breeze - they even saved us on our interest rate over a lender we had been doing business with for years! Thanks to all the team at Jerry Ward Autoplex... we are happy customers! More
