Amazing customer service Let me start off by saying that my previous experience with another car dealerships was an unpleasant one and it left me very sceptical coming in. As soon as I walked into Manly Honda I knew it was going to be a different experience. Martin started by helping me look through their extensive inventory on his computer to narrow down our search, all the while giving a brief history of the family run dealership. Then Jesse took us through the lot indulging me in checking every car I considered and providing a no pressure atmosphere that set me at ease. When I finally picked the car I now love, he handed us over to Sean to finish all of the paperwork. What usually is the stressful part of buying a car turned out to be some of the most fun we had the whole trip. Sean had us laughing the whole transition all while helping me to get the most competitive rates. If I could give six stars I would. As it is I know that anytime I need a new car or if my family/friends need a recommendation I know where we'll go Manly provided me with such good customer service I felt like part of the family. More

He gave me great instructions on lots of the features that I found SO helpful. He is very patient. Cory McMurray was so efficient and explained everything. I don't think I've ever had a nicer signing experience. Thank you Cory! Both Juan and Jesse made the whole buying experience so easy! They both have great personalities for this job. I loved my Civic for 10 years and now I'm so excited to be driving my HRV. Manly Honda can take pride in their employees ability to provide such an easy, fun experience.
