I don’t even know if words can fully capture how grateful i am for jesse , Jorge and Ali. This wasn’t just good service it was on a whole other level. From the very first moment, they made us feel comfortabl i am for jesse , Jorge and Ali. This wasn’t just good service it was on a whole other level. From the very first moment, they made us feel comfortable, cared for, and most importantly, like family. Not the kind of “family” companies usually throw around lightly, but the real kind where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely valued. they didn’t just help me buy a car, they gave me peace of mind. They walked me through everything with patience, honesty, and sincerity. There was never a second where we felt pressured or unsure, because they made sure we fully understood and felt confident every step of the way. That kind of care is rare, and it touched us deeply. I’ve bought cars before, but this experience will always stand out as the best. Not because of the car itself, but because of how they treated us as people. The experience was really good, overall. My only negative comment is that it took 6.5 hours to purchase this vehicle. It was exhausting. Steve in the finance department did a great job of explaining the warranty options without pushing me. I have purchased from Manly before and I will do it again. You are fair and not high pressure. It would help if you have some food options besides junk food. I am diabetic and not realizing it would be 6.5 hours made it difficult for me. More

Every one was so helpful and made it a wonderful experience. But I bought it with a cashier’s check (from my trustee) so it was tedious and slow to sit for hours waiting and try to be sold additiona experience.
