Great buying experience It was time for me to replace my aging truck and get something more eco and family friendly. I easily found a used Civic on the Manly website that loo It was time for me to replace my aging truck and get something more eco and family friendly. I easily found a used Civic on the Manly website that looked promising. I made an appointment with Jesse to check it out. He was very friendly and accommodating of my and my husband's schedule. We test drove the car and had a conversation with Jesse about it. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and its features. I was happy that he respected my budget and was able to explain all the features of the car that I had no idea about. Jesse was able to get us through the beginning of the process that same night and I completed my purchase the next day with Sean, who did my finance paperwork. He answered all of my questions and the two of them got me a great price and great financing considering my less than stellar credit. The process was fairly short and easy. I would certainly recommend Jesse to anyone interested in purchasing a car from Manly. I love my car and I had a great experience buying it as well. More

Having told him we were not going to buy until spring of 2018, Jesse communicated with us from time to time just to check on our plans. Last week we phoned him to schedule a test drive of a 2018 Accord. After a fairly long test drive, during which we both drove the Accord in various driving situations, We asked Jesse whether Manly could match the low online price quote we had gotten the day before from a high volume Peninsula Honda dealer. Jesse assured us Manly could do that. We bought the Accord we test drove, going to lunch while the car went through its final prep and inspection. The whole transaction went smoothly, with none of the back-and-forth game that car dealers are notorious for. More

8 hours to buy a car This is my first time purchasing a vehicle I went in and Jessie helpsed me. He began to show me around manly Honda after I was waiting for 45 minutes This is my first time purchasing a vehicle I went in and Jessie helpsed me. He began to show me around manly Honda after I was waiting for 45 minutes during that 45 minutes I used the restroom grabbed some water looked around ..Jessie Then approached me and said let me show you around the place began to take me in a circle to show me the restrooms the water and sat me back down. Then he began to talk to his co-workers and discuss my paperwork I would give him my numbers and each time he read my numbers back to me they were incorrect basically all the information I spoke to him he really didn't hear what I said. When I got to the second person they explained to me in depth what was happening I was happy with that. And then unfortunately I had to deal with Jessie again who kept me sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting. I felt like I was just supposed to sit there and look at the sky for the next 8 hours while nobody was doing anything I could have went home and they could have called me. Once everything was complete I called and told them I was ready to pick up my vehicle and I don't have time to wait around as I got there I couldn't find Jesse he was nowhere to be found my car was sitting there I was ready to leave and I had to wait once again. One other thing is I had to pay off the bank 250 balance I wrote a check and left it there with them to pay that bank they called the next day and said the bank will only take cash go to the Cleveland branch and give them cash so I went to the Cleveland branch and they did not take cash there so I had to go somewhere else to pay this debt the people at manly Honda had no idea what was going on and took me on a tour around town for this transaction. It to me seems like they don't like to deal with customers... they like to do their own thing the way they want to do it not very customer satisfying I will not recommend this place ever More
