Jesse never tried to give us the hard sell which I appreciated and after we drove the 4Runner that same day it was hands down that we wanted the GX instead. We initially put down a deposit on a GX premium and then I had second thoughts and wanted to discuss the luxury trim. I really wanted blue also instead of the silver we initially put down for. He talked to me about everything we would get for the luxury and found us a nightfall mica luxury with sepia interior just like we wanted that was coming in 6-8 weeks. He kept us informed in the progress of our GX shipment along the way and was really just a joy. I’d 100% buy another Lexus with him and actually plan to. We wanted to get this last of the V8 GX model bus I also love the redesign as well. We will keep this Lexus we just got forever since it’s the last of the model and definitely come back for the redesign also. Thank you Jesse! More

I had not intended on making a purchase at the first dealership in Houston that I stopped at. I had planned to view inventory at all before making my selection (if it were Lexus). I had looked at many makes and models and was not set on Lexus. He was very informative and I liked that he was not pushy, didn’t negatively speak on other makes or dealers. He genuinely wanted to sell me what I wanted. For those reasons I “impulsively” bought on the spot. Since my sale he has continued to answer questions, locate things in my trade AND get it shipped to me. If Jesse sees this I hope he is aware what happy customers we are! More
