Nice and friendly. Prices are transparent and reasonable. However they were not prepared when when we returned to take the vehicle. Title was not there so we could not complete the transaction. We ended taking the car with trade plates and we are still waiting. Also the car was advertised as have new tires, but clearly not as one tire has a plug in it. When we asked about it we were told they were new. Other than these two matter the experience was good.
