3 hours to buy a car is ridiculous. This was a slam dunk. Everyone at your place was nice but 3 hours is unacceptable. I told you what time I would be there and I was right on time. I traveled 120 miles and it took me 3 hours to get to you. Then I wait another 3 hours and then another 3 and 1/2 miles back home. I have bought many cars in my day and this was by far the longest it has ever taken. Sorry if this e mail is not a pleasant one but I was very pissed to be in your showroom for 3 hours.
