We needed help with the Bluetooth feature in our Subaru Outback. We walked up to the Customer Service desk at Tucson Subaru and were immediately helped by Jesse Friedman. Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Darla, our Love technician is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and a true asset to the Subaru company. Ethan, our finance advisor was so helpful and listened to our needs and what our wishes were regarding warranties . We never felt stressed or pressured to purchase something that we didn’t feel comfortable with. Curt also listened to our needs and helped us with our trade in and purchase price.
