Another Great Service Call with Jesse Friedman This was my 1 year service checkup on my 2019 Crosstrek. I had asked Jesse for a loaner in order to do some shopping. He had organized that perfectly This was my 1 year service checkup on my 2019 Crosstrek. I had asked Jesse for a loaner in order to do some shopping. He had organized that perfectly and the service went through without a hitch. I can't say enough about the entire Tucson Suburu organization; they are superb. My primary contact is always Jesse and he makes it not only painless, but enjoyable. Service Department Team par excellence Service Advisor Dan Ford assisted me on Tuesday to have the windshield of my 2013 Outback replaced along with an oil change and other preventative mai Service Advisor Dan Ford assisted me on Tuesday to have the windshield of my 2013 Outback replaced along with an oil change and other preventative maintenance tasks. Dan has assisted me previously for regular maintenance items and vehicle recalls and is always a pleasure to work with. Friendly, courteous, and always ready to answer a question and goes further to see a question answered if it is beyond his scope of information available. I schedule my service visit with Kylee, worked with my insurance agent and glass underwriter. Another team member that answers all questions and keeps you informed. Jesse and Andy round out the team members that checked-in my vehicle and got me set up with the loaner vehicle. Friendly and ready to assist and answer all questions as Kylee was. When I pickup my vehicle from Tucson Subaru, I always have my invoice and car waiting for me to pay and get on the road. The best service department in Tucson! More

Straight Forward, Flexible and very Knowledgeable I purchased a Subaru Forester from Chapman Honda Dec 30th 2019 and when I test drove the vehicle it was making a small rattling sound from the drivers I purchased a Subaru Forester from Chapman Honda Dec 30th 2019 and when I test drove the vehicle it was making a small rattling sound from the drivers side strut/area. I took the car back to Honda and told them about the sound and they we're not able to do anything for me even after they had taken a look at the vehicle for a couple of days. I got fed up with Honda after they couldn't find the problem. I then brought the car to Subaru and right away Jesse was willing to work with me and diagnose my vehicle. After a couple of days of labor the car was returned to me and I still heard the sound I had originally came in to get fixed so I brought the vehicle back and had the same tech take another look at it and they went back to the vehicle to work on it. They were able to solve the problem and Jesse told me to get in touch with Scott Greg for further instructions. I'm extremely happy with the service Jesse and the Team at Subaru provided me with. He was very professional and would do anything to get his hands on a loaner to get you on the road. Thank you to both Jesse Friedman and Scott Gregg for making a lifelong Tucson Subaru Costumer. 5/5 stars More

Best Dealership - 3rd time very happy customer! I keep working with Tucson Subaru not only because I love their cars. Everyone at the dealership treat you like family and they want to make sure you' I keep working with Tucson Subaru not only because I love their cars. Everyone at the dealership treat you like family and they want to make sure you're happy and treated with courtesy. (Well, maybe not all families are that functional. ha!) But this dealership is classy, professional, courteous and their staff are all superb people. This is my 3rd Subaru Outback. I purchased all three from Tucson Subaru and the last two (2018 and 2020) from Sean Johnson. I got such warm, friendly, responsive help from Sean. Super chill and no pressure. Highly recommended. Of course I price/comparison shopped everywhere just because that's proper diligence. Tucson Subaru was always competitive and not only did I get the best deal, I just 'liked' working with them. Good people here! The products are great, the showroom is clean, waiting area has free Wi-fi, Coffee, nice selection of seating to wait while service is being done. Highly recommended. More
