Service is good Polite and professional. The only correction I’d offer is each time my wife comes in for an LOF, we are told there is a bill due. We bought the full Polite and professional. The past two times, this has been an oversight whereby payment is requested. Once we explain, the situation is resolved. More

No professionalism from the Service Director as well as the GM. Not customer focused and ultimately try to take advantage of its customers to benefit their agenda. Read reviews on multiple sources and find the track record to be smudge worthy. This service department has a Director that assumes ideals rather than rely on research and facts. We have been extremely mistreated and will go through every channel possible to expose these individuals for the unprofessionalism and mishandling of every aspect we’ve experienced. More

Came back for a second one I had a 2013 Subaru CrossTrek that I recently traded in for the 2019 model. The dealership gave me a good deal on my 2013 and selected a 2019 for me I had a 2013 Subaru CrossTrek that I recently traded in for the 2019 model. The dealership gave me a good deal on my 2013 and selected a 2019 for me to test drive that fit my needs perfectly. I've had it a couple of weeks and absolutely love it! Robert Pedroza, my salesman, gave extraordinary service before, during, and after my purchasing experience. I give him and the dealership high marks and would readily go there again or recommend it to my friends. More
