Jesse worked closely with my 3rd party extended warranty company to accomplish several repairs. Additionally, he did an extraordinary job of keeping me informed every step of the way. On 9.4.20 I purchased a 2020 Outback. Leading up to the purchase, I had spent months on line looking a cars and questioning the sales force at Tucson Subaru. I am familiar with the 2009 Forester (bought ne purchase, I had spent months on line looking a cars and questioning the sales force at Tucson Subaru. I am familiar with the 2009 Forester (bought new) but wanted to increase the amount of weight I could pull in a tear drop trailer, so started looking at Outbacks. CJ Nichols is one of the associates who helped me on line with my numerous questions. CJ was patient and never "pushy." My sister had purchased a 2018 Forester last year from CJ and was very pleased with his knowledge base and his character, so I stopped into Tucson Subaru to meet him. I was very pleased with his vast knowledge of Outbacks and Foresters. Since I was comparing my 2009 Forester to the new Outbacks, I had many questions. I scheduled a test drive for a day when I had more time. When I came in for the test drive, CJ was on time and prepared to help me. He had to spend a lot of time teaching/informing me about the new vehicle. He took time to go over every inch and every feature of the 2020 Outback. I admit, I was overwhelmed but thanks to CJ's extraordinary knowledge skill set and his ability to share this information effectively, I was able to get a good handle on all this information. Being of the older generation, new technology can be challenging and a bit intimidating. I want to thank CJ Nichols for being a superstar and yes, extraordinary! In my opinion he gave me 200 % of his time, talent and delivered it in an extremely professional and personable way. Louie, the financial manager, also offered me extraordinary service making me feel at ease about the "money" and the process. I also appreciated his skills and knowledge base and his professional and personable service. Tucson Subaru gave me quality service and I will continue to bring my Subaru's in for service and I will also recommend Tucson Subaru to all my family and friends. Thank you so much. Jesse Friedman was in charge of my 30,000 mile warranty service. He was on top of everything, he listened respectfully to 2 concerns I had outside of the warranty work, then he and his manager went the ex service. He was on top of everything, he listened respectfully to 2 concerns I had outside of the warranty work, then he and his manager went the extra mile and got everything taken care of. The service technicians did an excellent job and Floyd Lancaster could not have been more obliging while taking me to and from the dealership. My family owned an auto dealership in Tucson from the 1920's until 1979. I appreciate how hard a team has to work to consistently provide excellent customer service. Tucson Subaru is very impressive. More

This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with! I have never felt pressured into services I didn’t come in for, even if something came up during servicing, I was always called and they thoroughly exp have never felt pressured into services I didn’t come in for, even if something came up during servicing, I was always called and they thoroughly explained what was found, how much it would cost, and the results of approving or declining. The sales staff was never pushy or aggressive, which was a HUGE breath of fresh air! In financing, there were no surprises or gimmicks to get me to add useless plans that would increase my monthly bill and I wasn’t rushed through signing papers. I love Tucson Subaru! More

Excellent Professional Service Organization I recently purchased a used 2014 Outback. I brought it to Tucson Suburu for service. Everything from setting an appointment, bringing the car in, explanations of service work, and communication while work was being done was excellent. Jesse Friedman, my service advisor, was knowledgeable and helpful at every step. I want to keep this car running well and have confidence that Tucson Suburu will do just that. Service prices were on the high side but probably in line with other car dealership's service departments. I will be servicing my Outback here and would recommend this service department to anyone without reservation. Only reason for 4 star rating is pricing. More
