I purchased my 2021 GMC 2500 SLT New. I received a good deal on my truck and couldn’t be happier with the truck. My rating for the sales department would be 5 star. I have had my truck in for service 9 times for oil changes, I’ve followed their recommendations of every 5,000 miles. Each time the technician doing the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection does not do the inspections he just pencil whips it. The reason I say this is because my washer fluid is always empty, my tire pressures are 5 to 10 psi off, he says he checks the filters without actually looking at them. This happens every time I’ve had my truck in. One time I needed DEF fluid, the tech added the fluid, it didn’t take the complete container of DEF. Was changed for the container and they kept what was left. I talked to the service manager about these work practices and he pretty much took up for his tech. So now this tech will keep his unacceptable practices going. Which will have a negative impact on the other workers. Lazy breeds Lazy. I was not looking to get the tech fired. I was looking for a commitment from the service manager to address the issue with the tech, that didn’t happen as he still does the same unacceptable job four years later. From what I’ve read and experienced the service department has a lot of opportunities to improve. More

Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on my Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. They got right on it. I have had suspicions they were not rotating my tires, so I used a paint pen to mark the tire my Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness. They got right on it. I have had suspicions they were not rotating my tires, so I used a paint pen to mark the tire weight on the drivers side rear. When they said it was finished I asked did you rotate the tires "of course" they said. I then showed them the the tire weight marks and a picture of the car I had taken before I arrived. They then talked to the tech who said he had rotated the tires, and his story changed. He now said he didn't rotate the tires because the rear tires were about a 9 and the fronts were a 10? You rotate tires to keep the wear even. I now believe I was right all along and they have not been rotating my tires. They also tried to sell me an engine flush saying it had many miles on the oil, only because they wrote the wrong mileage on my March 2025 oil change and roration. A fact backed up by a previous receipt from Ferguson for a warranty service. They basically were dismissive about it including the service manager. How many tires have they ruined doing this? More important how does one even know they actually changed the oil. I don't think they planned on a previous receipt backing up my claim on mileage on oil, also they didn't plan on an over 70 disabled veteran being hip enough to prove they did not do a service he had been assured they did. More

I've been coming here for nearly 5 years, and it keeps getting better. Jesse, the techs who worked on my car, and the shop foreman are all outstanding. They have been patient with me and my car concerning a major transmission issue and repair. Jesse has spent significant time to get the best outcome for me, and for that I could not be more grateful. He pulled out all the stops to take care of the customer. This dealership and Jesse provide luxury dealer service...the type of customer service I'd expect if I went to Mercedes or Lexus etc. I cannot recommend Subaru, Ferguson Subaru and Jesse Keys enough.  More

We're repeat customers to Ferguson GMC and based on our most recent experience, it definitely will NOT be our last time! Referencing this experience in particular, from the moment we arrived, we were treated with great respect! A young lady who ended up being our sales person, held the door open for us and greeted us very politely and welcomed us to Ferguson. She was as kind and as Knowledgeable as anyone shopping for a vehicle has ever been to us. That fact wasn't a surprise to us, as we have always been treated exceptionally respectful at Ferguson's. It also washed away any fears we had of being mistreated or mishandled by a sales person, and put us at ease. She was able to answer any question that we had, immediately and without hesitation. We had the opportunity to see and speak with our former salesman, who is now the sales manager.. (No big surprise!) We live in Arizona, but frequent Oklahoma . Since our first encounter with Ferguson, we have always and will always continue to buy a vehicles from them! No need to go elsewhere, certainly no need to shop in Arizona, because it is a much higher stress and forceful situation there. Thank you, Allie and Daniel, you guys along with the rest of your staff, made our experience extremely painless and very exciting! Vehicles are much more expensive these days and when dropping over $100,000 on a truck, you really hope to be treated with respect. You guys nailed it! More
