I'm giving them 5 stars mainly due to my salesperson, Brandon Vale saw I needed help with a purchase and jumped right into action. I had three possible choices, a 19 Impreza 30,000 mi or so. In body shop till the following week. Or a 16 Forrester, with 63,000+. Body and interior both dent and rip-free, however, the SUV( I always said that stood for, Stupid Ugly Vehicle. And this one had a towing hitch, no ball, and the complete roof rack. All of which is worrisome to me. But Brandon assured me that it was most defiantly probably not beat from overloading.. So without even a test drive I made the purchase. As for Ferguson superstore/Subaru dept, They are great. Highly recommended by me to you. As for the 16 Forrester Limited, I'll just have to pray it holds up well. Sincerely. Mr D More

This is our second Outback we've ordered (2015, now a 2023). Lynne kept us informed as our 2023 made it's way through the system and she was easy to work with. Lynne let me know when the car arrived late on a Friday and Jesse made sure our accessories were installed for a Saturday pick up time. Dallas got us hooked up on a nice extended warranty and it all went smoothly! Ferguson is an easy place to work with and we got a very fair price on everything...and my wife loves her new car! We'll continue shopping at Ferguson in the future! More

We bought a new car and they were very helpful. Josh helped us and he was kind and patient. Very happy with that! The service department though has gone down - twice the person who helped us never co helped us and he was kind and patient. Very happy with that! The service department though has gone down - twice the person who helped us never contacted us while our car was with them. We waited for more than 2 hours each of the 2 times to check and the car was done but both times they never kept us informed on what was happening and when the car was ready. Very disappointed in the strong fall in the service department. One of the two times, the agent who has been mine for quite some time had gone for the lunch/day and my car was ready and I waited for almost 3 hours. Both times no updates for the 2-3 hours or tell us when it was ready. More
