My prior experience were good. My most recent experience in person and via telephone were unsatisfactory. I am still waiting on duplicate receipts to evaluate whether I have paid for work that is actually covered by the 10 year warranty that was purchased at the same time I purchased the car. Additionally I am concerned that the troubleshooting fail to evaluate the impact of a non-VW battery being recently installed. The followup when I picked the car up was horrific. This one experience was so poor I will likely not return. More

Timely and immediate service. It was unclear to me what failed with the vehicle but the good folks at North Penn were able to fix the electronic failure.
