Was hoping I wouldn't need Russ's services for another 3 years because my Mazda's always keep me happy for at least 10 years, and this was my 2nd Mazda. Unfortunately a tree decided to total my 7 year old M years because my Mazda's always keep me happy for at least 10 years, and this was my 2nd Mazda. Unfortunately a tree decided to total my 7 year old Mazda 5 at the least opportune time for needing a car. Knowing how tough finding a new car would be and looking back at my past experiences with not only Russ but also the service department, I didn't even shop anywhere else. Russ found me a car and I'm looking forward to spending the next 10 years with my new CX-5. Thanks More
