He made the process easy, quick, and as stress-free as possible. I came knowing what I was looking for and he made sure I was able to leave in a trustworthy vehicle. Matt was not pushy the least bit. I also very much appreciate the honesty about any flaws the vehicle had. Not only did he do a good job selling me my vehicle, but he also made sure I made the best decision when it came down to the payment plan. The customer service was phenomenal! He drove me to see the vehicle, accompanied me during my test drive, opened doors for me, offered me refreshments, created a genuine conversation to get to know me instead of looking at me as just a customer, and made sure I was comfortable the whole process.
