From the moment I walked into the dealership service is what I got. This was mostly and mainly due to the salesperson I delt with. Jasmine Stippich was awesome! She never promised anything that she did not deliver. Nor did i ever get the vibe from her that she was only after a sale and would leave me high and dry after the sale was final. She was very attentive to my needs and was the epitome of service. She did an excellent job taking care of the small hiccup I encountered. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you want to deal with a "straight shooter", Jasmine is the one to see. Thanks again More

Sam helped set up the Bluetooth system, provided seat covers and made sure we were happy with the whole process. He made it very easy! We have been customers of Mazda for over 20 years and have used the service department for the last 12 years for our previous Mazda 6. Jesse and Tim are very friendly and helpful. They are never pushy. Overall, we haven't even thought about going to a different dealer - we are very happy with O'Daniel's - they are the best! More
