It's been a long time since we have had to purchase another vehicle and it is always a daunting event but Jessi C. made the car buying experience enjoyable. I recently purchased a hybrid RAV4 from Andrew Toyota, near Milwaukee. Jessi Cliffer was the sales agent that was assigned to me and she did a wonderful job throughout the buying process. I had to wait n near Milwaukee. Jessi Cliffer was the sales agent that was assigned to me and she did a wonderful job throughout the buying process. I had to wait nearly 2 months for the vehicle to arrive from Japan, which seems to be the norm these days, with all the delays in production and shipping but Jessi kept in touch with me on a regular basis informing me where the vehicle was located on its way here and what the ETA was. Once the vehicle arrived, Jessi did a wonderful job expediting the paperwork and explaining all the features of the vehicle. She was tremendous. If you buy a vehicle at Andrew Toyota ask for Jessi to be your sales agent. Everyone there was very professional. Great experience. More
