Spent $900 to repair my ford focus and still had the same problem. Brought it back in and they said I needed a new wire harness and would cost another $300. She said she would order it and call me. She never problem. Brought it back in and they said I needed a new wire harness and would cost another $300. She said she would order it and call me. She never did call me back. When they did their initial inspection of my car they should’ve found the bad harness but spent most of it finding other issues they wanted to fix. I ended up ordering a $50 harness and fixing it myself. I think your service department is lacking and will never recommend or use your service again. More
