I waited 3 full days from the time of the appointment to hear about my car, I had to call them and demand someone to tell me what is going on with the car. Then when it was done it took them over an hour hear about my car, I had to call them and demand someone to tell me what is going on with the car. I brought the pickup in for a recall. .i had a door ajar dash light on and told them to look into that..i was told the mechanic needed another hour to work on it which i approved..when the .i had a door ajar dash light on and told them to look into that..i was told the mechanic needed another hour to work on it which i approved..when they called and said my truck was ready i found that not only was the door ajar light still on but then the door locks weren’t working..Jessica told me to bring it back which i did..the problem was a door latch..the problem was eventually solved but the fact is you don’t want to call a customer and say your vehicle is ready when it’s not..also i was told that the ball joints needed to be replaced..i took it to a different shop and found out the ball joints were fine..the problem was a wheel bearing so that means your technician mis diagnosed the problem More
