The best purchasing experience I have ever had! My husband and I had just moved back from Oklahoma and we brought back with us our big F-250 diesel truck. We realized that we no longer needed a big truck like that so we decided to trade it in. We have always been Jeep fans but never found one that we really liked until we were told about Bournival Jeep in Portsmouth. After looking online at their website we found one that we really liked so decided to make the hour and a half drive. When we arrived we were met at the door by Ted who was so helpful in the purchasing of our new vehicle. The Jeep we had originally wanted had just sold right after we had arrived, but Ted quickly had a few others that he thought might interest us, he was knowledgeable and patient when I kept going back and forth between two that I really liked. Once I finally decided which one I wanted to purchase we were shown to finance where we met Jessica. Jessica was amazing as well she knew what she was doing, she was friendly and made the whole finance part hassle free. I couldn't be happier with our new Jeep purchase and anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a jeep in the future I will be sure to recommend Bournival to them. Worth a visit, even if you come from a distance! I travelled from Philadelphia PA area to Portsmouth becuase Bournival had a pre owned vehicle I was looking for. Love my Jeep !! I bought a used Certified 2013 Jeep Wrangler. This is my first Jeep and Steve Tobey was able to find me one that I really love. The staff was very friendly and didn't seem to pressure me. The vehicle had a crack in the front bumper and the offered to put a brand new one on free of charge. I was happy about that. The signing of the paperwork went smoothly and happened in a timely manner. They do have a larger selection of Jeeps that anyone in the area. I wish I would have owned a Wrangler years ago. I love it !!! More

Jessica Gorman, the finance manager of Bournival Jeep in Portsmouth, made the whole process easy, fun, and memorable. She really knows her stuff, and I was extremely pleased with her expertise. Not only was it a pleasant experience purchasing the 2011 Jeep Liberty, but it was not a long drawn out process, like some dealerships I've encountered. I would, and will, recommend Bournival Jeep to my family and friends; and, I will definitely have them ask for Jessica personally. Also, after buying my vehicle, Jessica showed me around the dealership, as well as introducing me to some of the service and sales staff. I was quite impressed with the whole staff; and, I loved the jeep showroom as well as the amount of inventory I saw on the lot.
