Who knew buying a car could be so enjoyable! I went to Bournival Jeep looking to trade it in for a Grand Cherokee. Immediately the entire team at the dealership were so helpful. Dale Claus was more than fair on valuing the trade in, and he quickly pulled a vehicle for me to look at that had just came in the night before. As soon as I got behind the wheel to take it for a spin, I was in love. Not only was it a dream to drive, it also was equipped with all the amenities of the much more expensive Chevy. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked at the window sticker. I am a previous owner of a GMC Yukon, Toyota 4Runner Limited, and Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is by far the best quality and value of any vehicle I have owned. Jessica Gorman made the ever-dreaded paperwork a breeze that even included laughter. It was an all around fabulous experience, and I can confidently say I will be a lifelong customer of Bournival Jeep! More

Great job done by All I was having a awful time trying to find the Jeep that I wanted I new exactly what I wanted I tried to go through 2 other unmentionable dealers and th I was having a awful time trying to find the Jeep that I wanted I new exactly what I wanted I tried to go through 2 other unmentionable dealers and they where not willing to work with me. When I called Blake he was great, made me feel like I could trust what he said, I was still worried about getting the run around when I got there after an hour and a half drive...Needless to say I have the exact Jeep Wrangler that I wanted with the financing that I needed. Jessica was great, I had a lot of fun sighing my financial paper (for a change). I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone that needs a new vehicle. More

My purchase of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Bournival Jeep has to be the most pleasant and satisfying vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Dale Claus worked up a great deal with no drama. Cody Bisn Jeep has to be the most pleasant and satisfying vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Dale Claus worked up a great deal with no drama. Cody Bisnett gave me a professional test drive and showed me all the features on a Grand Cherokee. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, Jessica Gorman handled all the paperwork and had me ready to go in only a few minutes. Cody followed up by making sure I knew everything about my new Jeep including syncing my Iphone via bluetooth to the Jeep's system. I highly recommend Bournival Jeep. Now to the Jeep Grand Cherokee, In less than a week I have over 1,000 miles on it and I'm amazed at how well mannered it is in the pot hole filled back roads of NH and the interstate down to NYC and NJ. First tank of fuel I averaged 24.2 MPG which was about 2/3 highway and 1/3 in-town. This vehicle is fast, quiet and very smooth. I can't wait to head up to Moosehead Lake ME and drive on all the logging roads. More

I met Phil Walter on Sunday. He showed me two cars in my price range and gave me an initial walk around and description of the vehicle. I found his knowledge extensive and his extra effort to search out so price range and gave me an initial walk around and description of the vehicle. I found his knowledge extensive and his extra effort to search out some after market pricing impressive. On Tuesday, I visited two other dealers with similar vehicles. Their interest and effort in no way matched my experience with Phil. I rejected both vehicles that I was interested in the other dealers and returned in the afternoon to Bournival. Phil Walter was off on Tuesday, so Steve Tobey attended to my sale. Steve also demonstrated extensive knowledge of the vehicle and was able to negotiate a satisfactory sales price and trade in. He offered to make the car available for me to take home that afternoon. The service department cleaned in inspected it and delivered it to me in flawless condition. Jessica Gorman quietly and efficiently prepared the necessary paperwork and I drove away in my new vehicle. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship when my car needs service in the months and years to come. More

Short, sweet, and to the point: These guys(and gals') are awesome! I am a salesman, myself, in the Electronics Industry(Top 10 in my company). I know what customer service means, and Bournival Jeep ha are awesome! I am a salesman, myself, in the Electronics Industry(Top 10 in my company). I know what customer service means, and Bournival Jeep has exactly that, something the dealer of my last car was lacking. I should be the one to tell you that you WILL be pleased by shopping here, new or used! They really don't "B.S." you at all... Day 1: I was in the market for a used car with a clean record, wherever I could find the best price. After searching Cars.com for hours and days on end, I laid my eyes upon a 2009 Subaru Impreza GT at Bournival Jeep. I called, and set up an appointment to test drive it. Oh, did I mention that they have an actual operator answer?! [+1] I then traveled an hour to Nashua to try out this car. I loved it. I started speaking with Jim who proceeded to aid me in getting all the initial paperwork done to make the car my own. As a salesman, myself, I didn't even feel any sales pressure! [+1 again] I stayed until close finishing up the sale and they even let me take a look at the undercarriage of the car up on a lift! [+1 for exceeding expectations] Day 2-5: God, I should've bought a Jeep, we had 3 snowstorms in 1 week! Through this time, Jessica was searching for loans for me and waiting on the Banks and Credit Unions to answer. Day 6: I officially owned the car. Jessica set me up with a great loan, and even went as far as setting me up with all the necessary next steps to finish the process of taking ownership in the form of a personally hand-written checklist! This was a big deal as I am an armature at this and not only that, but I am from Massachusetts, so there were extra complications! [+1 yet again] Day 7: I'm back. Jim had them put new tires on the car before I bought it. Turns out one of them lost it's balance. I told Jim that I had an Exam that I needed to be back for by 11:00am and he promptly let me know he'll take care of it. He set me up with a loaner car for free and sent me on my way back to college. Not only was I back on time, but I scored a B+ on my exam! [+1 for accommodating for/meeting my needs] I picked up the car later that afternoon! Day 14: I am still completely pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Good luck! More

I walked into the dealership to price and test drive a new Jeep. I got the best service possible from the Whole Bournival Team. What a pleasure working with these people. Before I ordered my new 2014 Wrangler I went to 3 dealerships in the area .Bournival was the one I chose for various reasons. My salesman, Phil Walter, was very helpful as we talked about what I was dealerships in the area .Bournival was the one I chose for various reasons. My salesman, Phil Walter, was very helpful as we talked about what I was after. During the test drive he answered all my questions without trying to rush the deal. I ordered my Wrangler from Phil in mid November expecting it to be built in the 5 to 8 week range. It arrived in 6 weeks. The dealership installed some extra equipment on my Wrangler that was part of the original deal. All work was completed and installed properly as requested.The final process of financing went very well with Jessica Gorman who was able to get me a lower rate than I was expecting. After the sale I was back at Bournival to visit the parts department and had a question about the Jeep. Phil came right out and showed me the proper way to use the equipment. My overall experience with the Bournival dealership was that they were professional, knowledgeable and not "pushy" THANKS TO ALL!!!!. More

First of all, I want to say I purchased a 2006 Mazda Miata sight unseen from Phil Walter.
