We had been looking for a vehicle for my son and bought one a few months ago that turned out to be a nightmare. We then started our search again and went to a couple dealerships with one being your typica one a few months ago that turned out to be a nightmare. We then started our search again and went to a couple dealerships with one being your typical high pressure annoying sales team. Even after being told several times we had purchased another call we are still being bothered my this dealership. When we arrived at Bournival, Colby was a refreshing change and made buying a car a pleasant experience. He listened, was honest and did everything we asked. He met our budget very nicely and never tried to push something more expensive at us. I have already referred someone to him and will continue to do so. Jessica was also very pleasant and made the financial part of the experience comfortable and simple again not pushing for us to add to our budget which could lead to unpleasant feelings down the road. My son really enjoys his car and as the person who has to help solve the problems for him it was a wonderful experience having Colby and Jessica on my side and helping however they could. Steve Tobey was most knowledgeable on all aspects of the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we looked at. In addition he knew the features of vehicles that we were also interested in. He acted as a consultant. In addition Jessica walked us through the loan process within five minutes. She also was highly knowledgeable and fact based. We have had other Jeeps and Mike Fletcher has done an outstanding job in helping us with service. He is the reason we came to Bournival Jeep to look for a new vehicle. A true full service dealership with highly trained personnel that are delightful to work with. More

I was in the mood for a convertible sports car this summer. one caught my eye at the bournival jeep eagle dealership on Lafayette rd. Portsmouth. I pulled in to take a closer look and after setting the alarm off trying to open the door a very pretty sales girl named anissa came out and after asking her a few questions I had to have it. she asked me if I would like to take it for a drive and we did. it is a 2010 Nissan 370z cabriolet convertible roadster . loaded with bose stereo system, 7 speeds, slap stick, wheel padde shifting or automatic.only 8000 thousand miles on it and in mint condition.she said that other people had been looking at it so I put down $300 to hold it.i told her that I have a terrible credit rateing but now posses the ability to make payments. I met with jess their finance manager and brought her the necessary paper work. they,re.bank called me at 9 am the next morning and asked me 3 questions. I asked the person from the bank if it was looking good and she said yes. by 10 am anissa called me and asked me if I was ready to come pick up my new car. I couldn't believe it. jess,es creative and smart business sense helped to fly this transaction through their bank. I went to the dealership and had it insured at in 10 minutes. I could not believe how quikly this all went through.the whole team at that dealership is the best I have ever seen and been in this area for55 years and have been in the sales business.i also bought a 1994 jeep grand Cherokee with 130000 thousand miles on it 7 years ago and it is the most relable car ive ever had. the Nissan already was priced well to sell and they did even better. they search auctions all over the country and bring back many great cars , makes and models. the whole team was extremely professional and knowledgeable.i highly recommend visiting them to see what they have. one very happy customer, doug from rye. p.s. their is a photo of me and the car onthierr face book page.. I found Bournival Jeep thru Kelly Blue Book.com when I was looking for true pricing value of used 2012 Nissan Rogue SE models which I was in the market for purchasing. I sent off a request for more info o was looking for true pricing value of used 2012 Nissan Rogue SE models which I was in the market for purchasing. I sent off a request for more info on the one listed for sale. Much to my surprise and delight, I received an almost immediate email from Phil Walter, Bournival's internet salesperson. We started an over the telephone relationship and I found him to be very knowledgeable and truthful about this SUV. The listing was detailed and the pictures were great. I also liked that I was able to view the carfax history right on the website listing. The next step was help in securing a loan to finance the vehicle. I filled out an online application through them and this is where I found that Jessica Gorman really when to bat for me to find financing for my "less then stellar" credit rating. Once everything was in place, I scheduled an appointment to come down and test drive/purchase. The only day available to me was a Sunday. Phil took me on the test drive and explained details and features of the Rogue and answered any questions I had. I also understand it was Jessica Gorman's day off, but she came in to complete the sale. I'm sure that she has done this numerous times for other customers, but she made me feel like I was important. Thank you Jessica! I just want to say that the purchase price for this Rogue was listed below the KBB average; BUT after seeing and driving, everything about it is definitely above average and honestly described. They also helped provide a vehicle service contract. Right on, guys! Every aspect of this sales and purchase when smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend Bournival Jeep to anyone in search of a new (or used) vechicle. Everyone at Bournival was amazing. I was the proud owner of a brand new jeep which, after a crisis of concience, I decided to trade for ... another brand new jeep with side impact airbags. Normally I am a of a brand new jeep which, after a crisis of concience, I decided to trade for ... another brand new jeep with side impact airbags. Normally I am a very careful buyer but I made the simple mistake of thinking the side impact airbags were part of the quick order package I bought. When I went to Bournival I was thinking I would really take a major hit to trade in such a new vehicle but the team at Bournival - Jeremy, Dale, Jessica and Colby specifically - listened patiently to my story and were exceedingly courteous and understanding. They gave me a fantastic price on the trade in and actually let me hold on to the vehicle while a new one was ordered as none in stock had all my desired options. There was zero pressure, the team gave me plenty of time, and all aspects of the visit went very smoothly. Jessica stayed late on a day she was supposed to have off to help finalize the financing when the new Jeep arrived. Jeremy answered several emails promptly and patiently. Dale took the time to show me around the dealership and discuss the vehicle I purchased in detail. Everyone was extremely friendly. Bournival used to have a mixed reputation in the past but they have overhauled their sales and service strategy and this was a very pleasant transaction with professional and no-hassle people. Service and Parts have been great so far. I am a customer for life. More

This dealership was wonderful. The sales Associate, Steve Tobey, was exceptionally courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles there. He wasn't the typical high-pressure salesperson, which was a nice change. He listened to all of my needs, was very patient, and worked hard to match me with the perfect vehicle! Jessica Gorman in Finance was fantastic to work with! She is also very professional and she took the time to answer any questions that I had regarding my financing. She was also very knowledgeable as well! She was very efficient, and processed all of my paperwork in a very timely manner. She was very pleasant to deal with. Lastly, the interaction I had with Dale Claus, the Manager, was also very positive. He was great to work with when we negotiated trade-in values. Again, he was not agressive, like most dealerships, and I was very pleased with his demeanor. I left the dealership a very happy customer and will be sure to return in the future! I highly recommend them to everyone! More

I decided I wanted a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, so I shopped 2 new dealers, and a number of used dealers/private parties. There was a huge difference between the service of Josh at Bournival and the oth shopped 2 new dealers, and a number of used dealers/private parties. There was a huge difference between the service of Josh at Bournival and the other dealers. He never pressured me to buy, and spent a lot of time on a busy day showing me everything on the Rubicon. We laid underneath one on the showroom and he pointed out all the features underneath, showed me all the ways that Jeep made it easy to wire up extra equipment, and even went through the suspension and explained all the ways it would do what I want. We pulled off the cover on the engine so he could show me how easy it was to get at the oil filter and belts, pointed out how it was designed for water crossings, and how everything worked. I do a lot of research before going to look at cars, and have been into Jeeps for decades, and I've never been to a dealership before where the salesman taught me new things about the vehicle I was looking at. Josh knew it all off the top of his head. I told him on that first day that I was still deciding new or used and I wasn't going to buy that day, and he still took all that time with me. He didn't pressure me to make an immediate decision, didn't even try to force me to sit down and talk numbers like so many do. I had already looked at 3 others, and proceeded to go to 2 other dealers around NH to make my decision. In the end, the impression I got from Josh was so good that I decided to spend the extra for a brand new Rubicon, and if they didn't have the exact one I wanted I was going to have them order it for me. Went in that weekend, and he had exactly the Jeep I wanted (2013 Rubicon Unlimited in Dozer). Went for a quick drive so my wife could try it, came back and he got an appraisal on our trade. I didn't feel pressured at all, he came back and showed me exactly what he could do for me on the price of the Rubicon and my vehicle, I needed a little more, and he was able to make it work for me. After we agreed on a deal Jessica helped us out by getting us an excellent finance rate and making the whole finance office process go by quickly and cleanly. About 10 years ago I had purchased another Wrangler from Bournival, and Jessica recognized my wife and I immediately and was great to deal with, once again. I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience with Bournival. This is the second time I've bought a Jeep from them, and it won't be the last. More
