I originally went to Colonial to test drive 2019-2020 Murano's The Staff was friendly and attentive. I test drove the two neither of which I bought largely due to their cosmetic conditions-vs-price. I made it clear to the sales staff that I was interested in buying in Medford where I live. Three weeks later I purchased a 2020 Murano at Bernardi in Wellesley that fit my needs; Up until that point, I kept checking daily on-line at Colonial but didn't see what I wanted. I needed a car. One month into owning my Murano, the car notified me that it was time to change my oil and filter. I called Bernardi and spoke with my Salesman who promised me during the purchasing process that they had the best service, about an oil change , the cost and how to go about scheduling. I told him that I wanted to get this done before the New Year and that I was off on Friday. He told me that he'd call me back....Thank God I didn't hold my breath. I went on-line and scheduled my service with Colonial. I received a call back almost immediately and we confirmed the date and time. I dropped the car off on the day scheduled and was made to feel welcome as I sat in the customer service waiting room watching The God Father II with a very nice partially deaf couple from Everett. If I continue to use the services of a Dealership and remain in Medford, I will come back for service at Colonial again More
