Great Experience and Better Prices! We were on the market for an entry level luxury vehicle, and after much research decided on the Acura TLX. Acura of Peoria had the best prices by We were on the market for an entry level luxury vehicle, and after much research decided on the Acura TLX. Acura of Peoria had the best prices by far of any other dealer in Phoenix. We drove over 70 miles to find the right car, and it was totally worth it. Our sales person, Jessica, was extremely helpful. She took the time to show us and test drive all the different variations of the TLX, ie, 4 cyclinder, 6 cylinder, with and without the Technology Package, etc. It was a great experience overall. The staff at the dealership was friendly and we were not bombarded with any pressure to purchase as we've experienced at other places. Due to a special circumstance, we were unable to finance on the spot, but we were able to hold our vehicle with a down payment,. Other dealerships would not hold a vehicle for any amount of down payment. Also, Jessica was quick to make some requested upgrades to our car while we waited to make the purchase official. The day we were ready to move forward with financing, Jessica made sure the car was ready and that their finance person (Eugene), had all the paperwork ready for us. We were literally there less than 20 minutes before hitting the road with our new TLX! Other services and warranties offered were reasonably priced. Some of the maintenance packages we did not purchase, but only because we live so far away that it was not convenient for us. I would definitely recommend Acura of Peoria, and more importantly, ask for Jessica! More

There was no pressure to purchase, just a very friendly and helpful person answering all of my questions and getting me pre-approved before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Not only did Jessica get all of this done before I walked in, but she allowed me to coordinate that entire process through phone calls and emails which worked extremely well with my busy schedule. Jessica was absolutely fantastic! As impressed as I was with Jessica though, the buying experience only got easier once we stepped foot in the dealership. We test drove our vehicle, chit-chatted with Jessica and Ray Garcia while the paperwork was printed, and after five minutes of signing our paperwork we were out of the door with our new car. This was absolutely the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience that I have ever participated in, and I will gladly drive the 1+ hour drive to work with Jessica and Ray again, as well as referring all my friends and family to them. They both were so friendly and accommodating that I was pleasantly surprised because I’ve never experienced this level of customer service at a car dealership before. I have already recommended both of them and the dealership to everyone who has seen and complimented my car. And I've saved their contact information for myself for future car purchases. When I first started looking for a car, my goal was to do everything through email so that I could just go in, sign, and drive away with the car. I was interested in a Certified Acura TL they had available. I started corresponding with Jessica and she was very helpful in providing some details about the car and an initial quote. She invited me to the dealership so that I could personally look at the car and assured me that it would be worth my time. As much as I was trying to avoid that, especially because it was a long drive to Peoria, I gave in and went to see them. Right as I arrived, I noticed they had already pulled the TL (washed and cleaned) up to the front. I did a quick test drive and then went back in to review the numbers. When it came to negotiating the price, both Paul and Jessica were transparent and straightforward from the start. They made sure that we agreed on a price that made sense and worked for me. They were also helpful in answering any questions I had about financing. Plus, they didn’t pressure me with any sale tactics (the first time in my life when buying a car). In the end, they kept their promise and made sure that my drive to see them was worth it. Needless to say, I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes, including the time it took to sign all the paperwork with the finance manager. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and better car than what I got from Acura of Peoria. More

Even though the vehicles looked out of this world, after the lot attendants got a hold of it, it looked out of this universe. There was not a single thing I could find wrong with the car, it was cleaned perfectly and it was shiny. I have been driving my beautiful car for a little bit now and I have never loved a car as much as I do this one. The Acura product gets amazing gas mileage, has a great design, lots of power, lots of control, and it makes every other brand look like garbage. Why buy a Lexus, when you can buy a car that is three times better and is cheaper. You just can't beat an Acura. I will never ever buy a different brand for the rest of my life, because Acura is the only brand I will ever want. Thank you Acura for being the best. More
