The scheduler and the tall young man who picked up my vehicle (I don't walk easily) were both helpful and communicated well. I loved the service video I was sent. On a minor note...when someone picks up the car, PLEASE train them to put everything back as they found it. This morning, I almost fell into the drivers' seat because it was too low, but that was easy to adjust. Then I had to adjust the height of the steering wheel AND the rear view mirror AND the radio.
