I do not even know where to start, this team and location is the full package! Great service and communication. Before our trip I was noticing something going on with my 2019 Subaru Ascent but when I asked my local dealership (where I purchased it) and during my oil change before the trip was re-assured that my vehicle was good to go for the trip. Right around the curves and hills of WV there was an obvious issue with my transmission. Randy Marion's Subaru was the closest to our Airbnb so I booked an appointment online. The next day someone was calling me to confirm the issue and our appointment for the following day. At the appointment we met Jessica who worked hard from the very start to make sure we had all the information and confidence in the work being done, especially as out of towners. Her and her manager worked hard to honor my extended warranty and turned my car around in 2 DAYS! New transmission and front brakes / rotors! I could go on and go about how amazing we were treated, how great my Ascent is running, and how safe I felt driving the 800 miles home. Thank you to everyone who made this happen! Highly reocmmended! More
