I had a great experience with the service department! they were very kind and helpful from the fist moment we spoke. They went out of the way to help me find tires that i could afford. The service department is extremely nice, and they did an absolute favor doing a Goodwill price on a headlight repair. They’ve been fantastic to work with through many issues. However, there are some small i absolute favor doing a Goodwill price on a headlight repair. They’ve been fantastic to work with through many issues. However, there are some small improvements to be made with just a little bit of care prior to releasing a vehicle. If I was not mechanically inclined, it would be an issue that would require returning and as it was, I needed to fix some things myself. The fender liner was left untucked and out of place as well as the upper portion of the bumper, which was not in its correct place with the tabs in the center. One of the fog lights was also not plugged in all the way, and not functioning which required removal of the bottom panel to reattach it correctly. W while these are minor things, they do add up to a less than perfect experience and on the heels of a seat repair that resulted in damage and another visit to fix paint, it would just be great to see a little bit more care before releasing a vehicle to make sure that everything is correct. More
