Great bunch of folks that are always friendly fast and know their subject. Everyone was exceptionally nice, however even though I bought it there and live 4+ hrs away, I have always had a rattle upfront somewhere that no one can find ( 2 inspections at your place and 1 in Ashvil bought it there and live 4+ hrs away, I have always had a rattle upfront somewhere that no one can find ( 2 inspections at your place and 1 in Ashville) HOWEVER, the last time I was at Randy Marion a person DID find a rattle, I think they said in the driver's front door panel. That must have been it because it's MUCH better but still audible More

This was my first time at Randy Marion Subaru dealership and it was a great experience. Jess welcomed me, walked me through the 60k mile check up and then hooked me up with a loaner car so I could go run er and it was a great experience. Jess welcomed me, walked me through the 60k mile check up and then hooked me up with a loaner car so I could go run errands. Jess and the team sent me a video of my car as they were inspecting it and communicated when my car was ready. I look forward to working with Jess and the team in the future! More
