The salesman, Bill Lawrence, was excellent. He held a car for us that had not yet even been built, and kept us informed. When we actually bought the car this past Saturday, Bill went out of his way to explai for us that had not yet even been built, and kept us informed. When we actually bought the car this past Saturday, Bill went out of his way to explain key elements of this technologically-advanced auto (Toyota Highlander HJybrid. Unfortunately, we did have an unpleasant experience at the very end of the transaction, when the financial person pitched a very hard sell of several insurance programs. I made it clear at the outset that I would not be purchasing these programs, yet he made me and my wife sit there and listen. I don’t doubt that this was Heiser’s standard operating procedure, and that he was required to do this. He is actually a very nice guy. So I blame the dealer. Sad to end up leaving this bad taste in the customer’s mouth. Still, the overall experience, including our time with this financial officer, was attentive and satisfying. Hence the five stars. More

They lost my business forever. I was going to buy a used truck from them, they called, sent texts, made appointments, etc the morning I was driving up ( from Kenosha). When I got there to finish the deal they tell me they just sold it... so they went through all that to get me in there, but when they screw me over and sell the truck out from under me, they don't have the time to send me a text or call to tell me not to bother driving all the way up... so not only did they sell it after promising it to me, they let me waste my whole day and almost half a tank of gas driving up there. That tells me a lot about their business strategy... typical, classic car salesmen... sleazy money hungry jerks. Don't trust them. Go someplace else. More

This Dealership was willing to work with me when almost all other Toyota Dealerships would not. They at least attempted to give me a slight discount off of the sticker price, whereas other dealerships flat all other Toyota Dealerships would not. When Toyota Motor Corporation canceled my Tundra order after 6 weeks of waiting, Heiser personnel went out and found a close match to what I ordered. They were responsive to our needs and concerns. Jorgo and Shahit were fantastic and Jason Learner gave the best vehicle orientation I've ever seen. Finance guy got us in and out as we requested. I'll go out of my way to deal with them again. Drove 2 hours each way to get my Tundra from them. More
