I made an appointment for an oil change and was on time for it. My appointment included that I would wait in person. No one was there waiting when I arrived. I ended up waiting over 2 hours in the waiti for it. My appointment included that I would wait in person. No one was there waiting when I arrived. I ended up waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room and once the oil change was completed I complained about the wait time, after which I was offered a car wash, which is supposed to be done anyway. I also was supposed to have my tire pressure checked and tires rotated. None of this took place. Very disappointed. More
