The new Arrigo is now owned by the Morgan automotive group. I don't know if you ever dealt with the old Arrigo, my experience with the old Arrigo was that they were very reasonable and offered some extra incentives to their loyal customers above and beyond the usual Chysler incentives to keep returning customers happy. Morgan automotive group doesn't have the same philosophy as the old Arrigo had, it was totally a different way of dealing with loyal returning customers, I guess it may be due to the fact this was my first time dealing with Morgan, but extra care and incentives were missing, the sales person was very helpful, but the management in my opinion doesn't have the depth to look at all aspects of satisfying a customers buying experience so they will come back when ready to lease or purchase a new vehicle. The old adage "I love the car but don't like the dealer ", applies here for the Morgan automotive group
I went to Arrigo Dodge with the intentions of looking at used cars to purchase and I was greeted by a very professional salesman Jesus Vergara. He took me into his office, listen to what I was looking for and he delivered exactly what I wanted and I purchased that day. I rate him a 10 as a Salesman that was very professional, and friendly.

About a month ago I purchased a used Honda Accord through Jesus. Originally I went to Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of WPB just to look. Jesus took me on a test drive and was very personable and knowledgeable. I didn’t purchase a vehicle that day, but I knew I preferred to work with Jesus. He was not pushy and seemed to genuinely want me to find the car that was right for me. He followed up with me a few days later and answered a lot of my questions. I found a different Honda that was newer online at the Arrigo Alfa Romeo next door. I really hoped that He would be able to show me that car and be able to work with me at that dealership even though it wasn’t normally the dealership he worked out of. Thankfully he was able to show me the car and helped me get a great deal. I waited to write this review so that I had time with my “new” used car. It has been reliable and I really do love it! As a young lady, who knows nothing about cars, it made me nervous thinking about the possibility of getting taken advantage of. I am so grateful that I found Jesus, he is trustworthy and that means the most. I had an excellent experience with the manager at Alfa Romeo Fiat. His name is Alex Wessel and he made the financing process easy to understand. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with and I feel like he helped me get a great deal as well! My boyfriend purchased a used car from napleton wpb about a year ago and it was a total nightmare. I am so glad that I had such good luck with these gentlemen at Arrigo. I will definitely recommend this dealership, Jesus, and Alex to all of my friends and family.

"Don’t honor their word. "
When I test drove the vehicle I wanted, the brakes were squeaking. No big deal, I asked them to fix it and they said it would go away. They said if it didn’t go away, bring it back and they would take care of it. Well I brought it back and they told me the squeaking and squealing was normal and that the brakes were just fine. I took it to a shop next door and they said it needs new rotors to stop the brake noise. I took them at their word they would fix the issue, it was a mistake on my part. I would take your business elsewhere, maybe somewhere that doesn’t charge you a dealer fee of over $800.
To fix this would have cost them about $100 their cost in parts and labor. They went back on their word for $100. Think about that next time you are planning on spending thousands of dollars there.
For the record, the salesman working the lot with me was great. He also knew about the brake issues from hearing it on the test drive and mentioned himself it didn’t sound normal.
