When I first arrived at this dealership I had no intentions on going home with a brand new vehicle but that is exactly what happened. Jethro was great from the sales department. Came in stuck between a RAV4 and a Rogue. Jethro gave me respectful insight on not just the rogue but on Toyota as well. I was even told to go to my appointment and come back if needed. I’m going to give this one star because I wasn’t even able to get my car serviced. I requested a rental car for my service. It was confirmed with my appt but when I dropped my car off there were no renta able to get my car serviced. I requested a rental car for my service. It was confirmed with my appt but when I dropped my car off there were no rental cars available. Even though I had confirmed with them before my appt. Needless to say I will not be getting my car serviced here going forward. No one could help me and I had a previous engagement so they gave me my car back. More

We noticed a broken taillight before leaving the dealership, been calling 3 weeks no one has called me back or reached out after they assured us this would be taken care of.
