By the time it was determined what was wrong, my vehicle had just fallen out of warranty, so Danielle helped me work with Ford customer service to cover the costs, which I knew took extra time and attention. Then when the issue wasn't complely resolved and I brought it back in, she insured herself that the issue was fixed and that there were not any additional charges to me, which we greatly appreciated! Very Disappointed- Bought numerous vehicles from this dealership. Made an advanced appointment for 9am- for a Saturday oil change and check a code that called for an emissions part that they had in stock dealership. I needed the truck back by 12:00 . Called to check on truck at 12:00 to pick up as i scheduled someone to give me a ride to pick up . They couldn't even find the service order. no worries- I just purchased 2 brand new F150's this month from Quirk Ford. More
