I purchased a 2025 IS350 here in April, only because I wanted the Ultrasonic Blue, and the experience was horrible. I declined their lowball trade-in offer on my car with only 500 miles, so the finance wanted the Ultrasonic Blue, and the experience was horrible. I declined their lowball trade-in offer on my car with only 500 miles, so the finance manager, Ibrahim Umar, spent hours trying to stick me with the highest interest rate possible, despite my perfect credit. He was condescending the entire time, constantly asking, “You happy??” Just remember, dealers often inflate your rate to profit off your loan. On the highway ride home, I noticed tire flat spots, as a vibration, likely from the car sitting too long. Days later, my service advisor, Kristi Moore, dismissed the issue and said I wouldn’t be getting new tires because her techs didn’t feel a vibration, after dangerously speeding on US1, no less. Her techs abused my brand-new car, flooring it to 6,000 RPM and 60 mph on side roads, trying to replicate the issue. I spent seven hours in service, and they only replaced one tire to humor me, which fixed nothing. After two more weeks and a battle with Lexus corporate, another dealer stepped up and replaced all the tires. North Miami refused to take accountability for an issue with the car they sold me. Beware: Once you sign the paperwork, you’re on your own. More
