My vehicle was at the dealership over a month. I got decent communication and customer service while my car was being fixed. Tony and Derek were very thoughtful through this process. Now I’m back I got decent communication and customer service while my car was being fixed. Tony and Derek were very thoughtful through this process. Now I’m back with the same issue. My car can’t be serviced right away and I no loaner is available and the service mgr won’t authorize a rental. 😡 my engine was only replaced a month ago. Feeling disappointed More

Everything about the vehicle was great but sadly I been complaining about my brakes and tire come to find out I had a nail in my tire and now have to get it replaced I been calling and texting continuously complaining about my brakes and tire come to find out I had a nail in my tire and now have to get it replaced I been calling and texting continuously for someone to look at my car or replace my tire since I had to keep going every week to fill air in it . It’s kind of disappointing because this is my first time buying a car and I have to deal with things only a month in . I got an oil change and they said that my oil was very dirty and needed to be replace and they located the tire nail so before buying for Heiser make sure you inspect the car yourself because they are just there to sell you something . More

JT was super helpful, as was the rest of the staff. He showed me a few trucks and let me test drive the two I was interested in. Negotiating was quick and easy and I got a fair value for my trade in. They even managed to find me additional rebates in the financing process. They were all very honest, transparent, and fair. Overall a very low stress enjoyable experience.
