Jannell motors is not your ordinary dealership. You know how you go to other car dealerships to test drive a vehicle and you get so much pressure to buy that you regret going there? They have the best deals and they know it, and they treat you more as a friend than a client who needs to buy. I had done my research, their rebates for the Mustang Mach-E premium were the best and i still got extra assistance! First of all, let’s start by saying that i haven’t met a friendlier team ever, the whole team was amazing, and i was very lucky to have found Charlie Seibert. Charlie spent a very big amount of time with me, listening to what i wanted, and he made it happen! He then spent a lot of time setting up the car with me, we went together one by one all the settings, explaining to me everything and help me with the setup. I then messaged him multiple times and he ALWAYS responded and explained everything immediately. I have never had such an amazing experience in my life and i am buying and changing cars every 3 years. I highly recommend this dealership and I also highly recommend Charlie Seibert. I am going to recommend them to everyone, honestly, if you are out for an amazing Mustang Mach-E (i love the car- i am an ex-tesla owner who switched to Mustang and loves it) or any other Ford car then please check that dealership out ! You will not be disappointed either in the quality of customer service, or the team, or the car deals or the huge inventory they have.!!! Oh!
