There service departments from management on down are the rudest of professional companies I've every experienced. I own GMCs , Mercedes Benz, and Chevys. At no point with service people have I had issues anywhere close to those dealerships. My wife wants to trade in the Aviator next year and go with navigatore. I wasn't going to do it because of them. I was looking GMC for her but because of Sutton I may decide to stick with Lincoln for my new 2024. Jullian, Justin , Jessica and Torey has sold me back on Lincoln. More
