Service was great. I was welcomed when I arrived and my vehicle was taken right away. I waited less than an hour for my oil change and tire rotation. My c8 had a catastrophic transmission failure and Chevy corporate refused to honor the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty even after the problem was clearly identified as a problem that was part of a Chevy I corporate refused to honor the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty even after the problem was clearly identified as a problem that was part of a Chevy Informational bulletin requesting full replacement no charge. Mac Haik took care of business and my car no questions asked. Full transmission replacement. The showroom C8 was also kept inside treated with respect which was also appreciated. Nice job.
