Pretty Darn Smooth I was presented with options but didn't feel pressured to accept a vehicle I didn't want, a price I wasn't comfortable with, or an option I didn't nee I was presented with options but didn't feel pressured to accept a vehicle I didn't want, a price I wasn't comfortable with, or an option I didn't need. Given the virus constraints, Jim couldn't give me the full overview but promised to do more when regulations lift. Bill explained all the financials for someone highly suspicious of added fees and unnecessary charges. Lou Fusz has been my go-to for my last two cars (sales and stellar service) and now there's a third. More
