More to a dealership than friendly sales people While the sales person was friendly, finance was superb...problem comes in from lacking Service Dept. My auto has been in service longer than I have been able to drive it. After all that time still have a problem that was NOT fixed properly and it appears since the sale has been made, no one cares. Phone calls are bounced from person to person. So, while you may get a great deal from friendly folks, think twice...there is more involved such as how you will be taken care of AFTER the sale! More

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Bozard. Both times have been low stress. I can't remember the name of the finance person, and it's not on any of the papers I have, so sorry to the guy who h Both times have been low stress. I can't remember the name of the finance person, and it's not on any of the papers I have, so sorry to the guy who helped me as he was very nice. The sales person, Jim was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He put up with all my requests, and questions. I did have to bring the new vehicle I bought in for something to be looked at (it ended up being nothing, and I got the front windows tinted while it was there). Marcia helped me and was extremely nice and patient. I even sent her videos I took of the noise I heard. She had Leonard, the tech (not sure of their proper title) come out in the vehicle with me. He was patient, nice, and easy to talk to also! The only thing this dealership needs, is another courtesy shuttle driver....or driver. The guy they have is not enough for how busy they are. It is the one bottleneck they have, and it is NOT the driver's fault. He is constantly moving, and trying to do things as effectively as possible, but he is only one man! GET ANOTHER DRIVER BOZARD!!! More
