It was time for my mother-in-law to get a new vehicle. We stopped by JIm Galbraith's desk to say Hello, and he connected us with Tom Keane. Tom was great to work with. He was very patient as we discussed several options and took multiple test drives. In the end Tom identified a 2020 Chevrolet Trax that met the equipment and price requirements for my mother-in-law. We next met Khaalis Alexander in the Finance Office, and Khaalis provided a gracious and efficient finance office visit. I was very impressed by how easy this part of the car buying process was. Advantage Chevrolet has consistently provided excellent sales and service experiences for my family, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them. More

Advantage Chevrolet was the best dealership that I have ever worked with. I started my conversations with the Internet Sales Manager Jim Galbraith and and then I worked with the onsite salesman Esgar Muril ever worked with. Both of these gentlemen were very polite and professional We worked out a price and neither of them tried to upsell me or add any fees that were not previously disclosed. The finance manager mentioned the warranty that you could purchase and I declined and there was no pushy sales pitch from him either. Esgar showed us how everything worked on the truck and answered all of our questions. He even texted us to make sure we made it home all right. Not only was the service excellent but their pricing on a Silverado 2500 HD was way below other dealerships. Other dealerships that I contacted put every conceivable discount available even though 90% of the customers would not be eligible for them. The internet price that Advantage Chevrolet showed was only the discounts that all customers were eligible for and the quoted price was what you payed along with their documentation fee, taxes, title, and license. I would recommend that you check this dealership out. It was definitely worth the 154 mile ride for me. Sincerely, Michael Betz More

Started off good. But when we were doing the finance, the guy (I believe it was Tim from the pictures below but am not 100% due to masking) asked if anyone had talked to us about the credit scores. Both me and my boyfriend stated no. I do not have great credit, he knew that, that is why he co-signed with me. The employee continued to go over my credit. I did not appreciate him telling me what he thought I should do to improve my credit. It was quite rude and embarrassing. Especially after we both said no we did not need to go over it. Then two days after I purchased my car, the check engine light went on. It took multiple calls to Juan (some of them not returned) and over a week to get my car in to get it fixed. Not the service I expect on a car I just purchased. Also when I made my appointment to come test drive the car I was interested in I was told (by Jim) I would get a $25 gas gift card. I never received one. More
