Traded in my older Silverado for a brand new 2020 Silverado this week. I started with online shopping and setup an appointment the same day. I went in and started talking with John Montgomery on the Silverado this week. I started with online shopping and setup an appointment the same day. I went in and started talking with John Montgomery on the sales team. Told him the 2 trucks I picked out and we went for a drive of each. We had a quick negotiation on my trade in offer and we were able to come to a quick agreement. I then went to a finance office and meet with Ryan Sitter the finance manager. He explained everything I was signing very well, picked out best warranty term for me and before I knew it I was done and out the door to go to my new truck! Then John went over the features I was not familiar with in the newer truck. Overall my experience from the time I entered the dealership to the time I drove away was great!! All staff were friendly and nice. This is my first new purchase with Advantage, I had bought a used truck many years ago from Advantage, this is why I returned to start my new truck shopping here. I would highly recommend and will be a return customer in the future! Thank you!! More

Today I worked with Esgar Murillo and he was a superstar.. offered me coffee and snack once I arrived. When it came to vehicle information he was a home run!!!! He could not have been more professional and knowledgeable with the information on the the car we were looking at. He went over all the features with us and how they worked. Took us for a test drive and answered all our questions we had . We were sold! John got the process going for us to have this car and made it easy and simple for us. We were placed in the care of Ryan Sitter for the financial end of the purchase. He was AWESOME! Again answered all our questions and explained everything clearly to us about the process.
