Friendly and Efficient I haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and was a little apprehensive about being "sold" a car vs "buying" a car. I began my journey with Jim over t I haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and was a little apprehensive about being "sold" a car vs "buying" a car. I began my journey with Jim over the internet. He was cordial, patiently answered all my questions and set me up with a sales person that fit my personality (Doc). When we arrived, Doc was waiting for us with the car freshly detailed and indoors for a winter viewing. Doc walked us through all the options and then we went for a ride. Doc provided the right level of conversation to make us comfortable while never "pushing" the car on us. He stepped away while my wife and I discussed next steps and was patient during our process. Once we committed to moving forward, we worked with Tim in finance who was also very professional and friendly and never "pushed" us toward add ons, instead he informed and allowed us to talk through things until we reached a decision. The whole process was very refreshing. We drove a fair distance and we were there less than 2 hours from initial showing, test drive to finance and Doc's detailed walk through of our new Certified Pre-owned Chevy Malibu. Advantage has earned my future business and Doc, Jim and Tim will all be people I refer business with confidence. Thank you Advantage Team! More

From my initial telephone conversation with Jim Galbraith, the internet master, to the final paperwork, my son and I were treated with such friendly, excellent service. In particular, John Montgomery, our sales consultant, skillfully guided us through our test drive and answered all of our question concerning the features in the Chevy Cruze. When I decided to purchase the Chevy, John kept us fully informed as he gathered our purchase information, especially taking care to explain the details since this was going to be an out-of-state purchase.
